The radiant warmth of the Grecian season delightfully unfurled as the day of the wedding began. It was lovely to see Vasilis’ friends and family helping him prep for the day in that unembellished abode filled with laughter and camaraderie. Georgia exuded grace, donned in her Kat Padilla Studio piece, as beautiful on the outside as she always was within. The excitement soared as we drove to the church honking and honking all through the streets of the city, announcing a union. The joy swelled as their people gathered, their cheers mingling, Georgia stepped out of the car to meet Vasilis,

Tied to ancient roots, the Romans believed that the fourth finger housed the "vena amoris," or the vein of love, which ran directly from this finger to the heart. The circular shape of the rings serves as a constant reminder of the enduring promise made on the day when two hearts vowed to journey together through life,

There was nothing too grand. The elegance of this day stemmed from its simplicity, it’s distinctiveness to every detail unique to Aila and Kevin.  Aila being an uber talented brand designer and illustrator herself put in grit in creating a peculiar visual identity for her wedding to Kevin. Did you remember? In the midst of uncertainty, where the world was wrapped in the cloak of the pandemic's shadow, Tin and Gino decided to proceed with their wedding plans. The restrictions limited the guest list to just seven cherished souls. Such a decision spoke volumes about the depth of their love and their commitment. The setting was humble, an intimate Sta. Clara Chapel adorned with nothing else but the warmth of a handful of loved ones who had weathered the storm alongside them. The vows exchanged, simple yet profound, echoed through the quiet rows of pews with photos of their friends stuck

I photographed my own bride, bare-faced. That morning came and the herons and mayas chirped and whistled in the summer, the hedges leafing under the April sun, the brooks ran softly beside with spangles from sunshine. In the midst of a verdant nature as our wedding decor, I found myself standing in front of Tanya Rae, holding a subdued green briery shrub as her bouquet, in the presence of God. Never before had I seen such a splendid sight of grace and beauty as this, looking at her. I held a camera and took photographs of her as the zephyr blew her veil
